1. Who we are

Skov.Studio is an event agency based in Copenhagen, Denmark. We are the data controller for any personal data you share with us through this website.

Contact: jesper@skov.studio
Address: Støberigade 15, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark

2. What data we collect

We only collect data you actively provide to us. This happens when you:

  • Submit a contact or event enquiry form (name, company, email, event details)
  • Book a meeting through Calendly (name, email, meeting notes)

We do not collect data passively through analytics tools or tracking pixels. We have no Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar services on this site.

3. How we use your data

We use the information you share solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, or schedule a meeting. We do not use it for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

4. Third-party services

We use two third-party services that may process your data:

  • Formspree (formspree.io) handles our contact form submissions. When you submit a form, your data is transmitted to and stored by Formspree on our behalf. See their privacy policy.
  • Calendly (calendly.com) handles meeting bookings. When you book a meeting, Calendly collects your name and email. See their privacy policy.

Both services act as data processors on our behalf, meaning they only process your data according to our instructions.

5. Cookies

This website uses a small number of cookies necessary for the site to function:

  • Cookie consent: we store your cookie consent choice in your browser's local storage so we do not show the banner again.
  • Calendly: the Calendly booking widget sets functional cookies required for the booking flow to work.
  • Google Fonts: we load fonts from Google's servers, which may log your IP address. This is a technical necessity for the fonts to load.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. How long we keep your data

Enquiries submitted through our contact form are kept for up to 12 months after the last communication. If we enter a working relationship with you, we will retain relevant records in line with Danish accounting law (5 years). You can request deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Object to or restrict how we process your data
  • Receive your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, email us at jesper@skov.studio. We will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We recommend checking back periodically.
